To be fair, the quality seems fine, but the fit is kind of weird. It doesn’t sit quite how I expected, so I’d probably double-check the sizing before ordering.

I fell once while wearing these and still ended up with a bad bruise on my knee. The padding felt kind of thin, and it shifted around too much to really stay where I needed it, if that makes sense. I was hoping they’d offer more protection.

For some reason, I thought this would feel a lot nicer for the price. It looked fine online, but once it arrived, the gear just felt kind of cheap. Nothing was actually broken or unusable, but it definitely didn’t feel worth what I paid. I’m sure I could’ve found something similar for less somewhere else. I wouldn’t buy it again unless the price dropped quite a bit.

I ordered this expecting it to arrive in a reasonable amount of time, but the shipping was way slower than I expected. The tracking barely updated, so I kept having to check on it myself with no real info. By the time it finally showed up, I pretty much didn’t need it anymore. I’m really not happy with the shipping experience, and if this is how orders are going to go, I’ll probably shop somewhere else next time.

Well... I got my order from jbmgear.com it just wasn’t comfortable. It felt kind of stiff and awkward after wearing it for a little while. I kept trying to adjust it, but it still bothered me the whole time. I don’t think I’d buy it again

I tried to exchange something it was way more annoying than it needed to be. They kept giving me vague promises about getting back to me or sorting it out, but nothing really happened unless I followed up again. The steps weren’t clear, replies were slow, and I felt like I was chasing them the whole time. I probably won’t order again unless they seriously fix the return process...

Ordering was easy and the site worked fine for me. I took an extra minute to double-check the size and make sure everything looked right before checking out, but that’s just me being careful. No real issues, and I’d probably use it again.

I ordered a couple things from jbmgear.com, the quality was disappointing. One of the pieces felt kind of cheap as soon as I took it out of the package, which already had me wondering if it was going to hold up. Then after just a little bit of use, the stitching started coming loose, and I was like, okay, that answers that.
For what I paid, I really expected it to last longer than a few days. Maybe I just got a bad batch or something, I don’t know, but it reminded me of those things you buy thinking they’ll be solid and then immediately regret it. I wouldn’t order from them again based on this experience.

I had to reach out to JBM Gear about my order, the wait for a reply put me in a bit of an impatient mood. They did eventually answer my question, so it wasn’t a bad experience, but I had to follow up once and that made it feel a little frustrating. Not awful by any means, just not as smooth as I hoped. Faster responses would definitely make the whole thing feel better...
